How does the 15-year archive work?

We keep your completed development records for 15 years to comply with UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act 2022. This is included differently per plan:

  • Free: No archive (upgrade to keep records after completion)
  • Professional: First 5 archived developments included, then £10/year per additional development
  • Enterprise: Unlimited archive included (no extra fees ever)

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits (developments, storage, or team members). You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We won't block your work, but we'll encourage you to upgrade to continue using advanced features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Annual plans can be paid by invoice for Enterprise customers.

Is there a long-term contract?

No! All plans are month-to-month (or pay annually for savings). You can cancel at any time with no penalties.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
